If your daughter is interested in trying out for Middle School Volleyball in August, they should start conditioning now! We usually meet as a group starting in June, but due to restrictions the girls will be doing their conditioning at home. Follow the link below for the folder containing the workouts!
Workout sheets do not have to be turned into coaches, but make sure you use them to guide your workouts and track your progress!
